Online Scam Ka Shikaar

With a fractured hand, Billu gains sympathy from the Mahila Police Thana officers and extorts money from them. In reality, he uses the money to pay for an online parcel he has ordered. Later, when he opens the package, he finds out that he has been cheated. So, he arrives at the Thana once again to lodge a complaint about the online fraud.
