Sisters Kristy and Shelly have never owned a property and yet they're certain they can make it in Atlanta's competitive flipping market. Enter realtor and flipping expert Egypt Sherrod. Kristy and Shelly say they're ready to get their hands dirty. But when it turns out they'd rather pay contractors than do the work themselves, Egypt sets them straight with a lesson in sweat equity 101.
