YIK-HIN wants to be the first one who arrives at the practice place, only to find out that almost everyone else has already woken up. LOK YEUNG not only goes jogging with KA-KONG but also tells him to never give up, adding that there can be miracles. After YEE-SHAN decides to split her students into groups and teach them in accordance with their aptitude, KAI-CHUNG starts teaching them the technique of Tai Chi 13 Forms, during which he instructs LOK YEUNG, KA-CHUEN and SING-YU to add wrist weights and ankle weights while practising so as to strengthen their arms and legs. As for YEE-SHAN, she teaches KA-KONG, YIK-HIN and the others to practise with the Tai Chi Ball, above which she even urges KA-KONG and YIK-HIN to challenge each other in pushing hands competition. YEE-SHAN drops a hint to YIK-HIN, who as a result easily beats KA-KONG.… ...
