A cop of the N.T. police force finds a dead body. They recognize that it is KEI. KIN and his colleagues start a thorough research all over New Territories. KIN even finds that there is a bottle containing some medicine. LAN proves that it is belonged to KEI. YIN tells them that everybody is at home that night except CHEONG who works late in the bank. HONG finds that MAN has used his name to set up a firm and has made a bank-loan over ten million dollars approved by CHEONG. MAN has disappeared.
