Smolikas (Part 1)

This Saturday Happy Traveler takes us to the second highest mountain in Greece in an episode full of adventure, beautiful natural landscapes and traditional mountain villages. We will start by driving to the Northwest side of Smolika to the historical village of Samarina where we will see traditional customs and taste local flavors. Then we will head to the South side of Smolika, to the village of Pades where we will have a traditional feast. We will explore the impressive Drakolimni of Smolika and then, we will climb even higher, to the top of the second highest mountain in Greece.
