Deal With A Jamakhor

As Bhide goes to meet the mysterious man who is interested in buying his entire stock of lemons, he gets stopped by the police. The police try to arrest him first but soon realise that the main culprit here is the 'Jamakhor' who called Bhide. Can they nab this public hoarder?
