YAT-SING asks his subordinate to make use of the system vulnerability and this causes great loss to PUI-FUN's family business. PUI-FUN's family's bank is in great debt and she tries to seek help from her father's old friend but this friend dies suddenly after agreeing to help. YAT-SING finally reveals to PUI-FUN that he is collaborating with CHEUK YUK and he forces PUI-FUN to hand over the family business to him. Knowing that PUI-FUN has transferred her family business to YAT-SING, the Commercial Crime Bureau tries to carry out investigation on him. SHEUNG-FEI and SHEUNG-YEE meet SHEUNG-HING and CHI-YIN accidentally. SHEUNG-FEI realizes SHEUNG-HING's objective and she scolds him but SHEUNG-YEE supports him.
