Office of Special Counsel

An office created to protect whistleblowers facilitates and teaches federal mangers how to intimidate and terminate disgruntled employees, those that report waste, fraud and mismanagement. Alex Kozinski taught that class and was later fired himself, who the went on to become a a federal judge (infamous 9th Circuit) and preside over man issues of whistleblower termination, harassment and hostile workplaces.
