Shiu Tai figures out one of the kidnapers is Chun Po, so he reveals his relationship with Man Yi in order to save his own life. Chun Po really does not do harm to Shiu Tai and he leaves once he has received the ransom. When Tin Chun arrives at the location, he suffoeates Shiu Tai. Moreover, he deliberately leaves Ching Long's lighter there in order to shift all the guilts to Ching Long.
