Kulkarni's Plan

Ganapat Rao gets into an argument with one of the performer. Kulkarni decides to utilize this argument to his advantage. He orders his men to put his plan into effect. Kulkarni makes a false diagnosis and informs Ballal that one of his performers is seriously ill.
