Shirdi's Land

Everyone including Kulkarni is intimidated by Ratnakar Rao's presence in Shirdi as no one is aware of his intentions yet. Kulkarni and Appa Ji receive a letter from Ratnakar Rao inviting them for a meeting. Kulkarni also receives a letter from the Britishers asking him to help Rao buy Shirdi's land.
