In the West Midlands, two new paramedics are in at the deep end, treating a man with life threating injuries and a victim of three epileptic fits.
Episode 2
Paramedics tend to a patient with a severe allergic reaction while at the same time a man has fallen unconscious after a severe diabetic attack. Also, paramedics in Warwick treat a man with a suspected heart attack, who collapsed while fishing.
Episode 3
A woman has collapsed in the snow and a 61 year old man has fallen on ice. Meanwhile, a pregnant woman's waters have broken early and she could be about to give birth.
Episode 4
Paramedics rush to aid a grandmother with osteoporosis who fell down the stairs carrying her grandson. Also, an elderly man is found unconscious face down in his hallway and Neil Vann and Laura Perkins give him life saving treatment.
Episode 5
The West Midlands is hit by the worst snowstorm in years. Crews battle the elements to treat a woman semi-conscious in police custody and to attend a suspected miscarriage but on their way to hospital they get stuck in snow.
Episode 6
Paramedics rush to treat a diabetic woman involved in a car crash, while an 82 year old with breathing difficulties is close to death and a man suffers chest pains at work.

Paramedic Jan Vann and Chelsie Kennedy rush to a road traffic collision. A suspected drink driver crashes into a lamp post, crews rush to a man with a dangerously high heart rate, and a two year old has a severe allergic reaction.
Episode 8
Paramedics rush to a 10 year old boy suffering a major epileptic fit. At the same time in Coventry, and elderly woman struggles to breathe and paramedics are called to a man with extreme anxiety.
Episode 9
It is night time and paramedics Jan Panesar and Amy Cullen are called to a man who is close to a diabetic coma. An elderly woman is in severe pain after falling on the ice. Also, there is an abusive caller and a fitting baby.
Episode 10
A drunk driver crashes her car, an elderly war veteran falls at home, and a four year old is drifting in a nd out of consciousness with dangerously low sugar levels and needs to be seen by specialists right away.
