Willem won an art contest and his prize was to create a big painting on a wall. However, Willem's family just moved into the area. Therefore, he has no friends at that moment. At the wall itself, Jett helps Willem get eleven new friends to assist him. The painting was finished, but the arrival of a rain storm was in the horizon.
