Things that Go Bump in the Night

Traffic officers Andy and Keith are called out on the night shift to remove a cupboard from the carriageway, with the increased speed of the traffic putting them in serious danger. Back in the control room, Emily spots some loose horses causing chaos at Junction 23, while at junction 10 a bridge joint is being replaced and the engineers are in a race against time to get the job done before the sun rises.
