Tom gathers the staff together and announces that TerraCycle has recently partnered with a sports energy brand. In an effort to promote this new partnership, Terracycle and the brand will be supporting a local race event, Run-a-palooza. Tom tasks Tiff and her Design team with creating an "experience booth" to showcase upcycled products created from the energy brand waste. To further support the partnership, Tom enlists Rhandi and Dan to set-up Zero Waste boxes at the race to help make the event waste-free.
