When Tom challenges the Marketing team to develop a creative way to promote their upcoming program launch with a pet food brand, Albe appoints Steph, a new addition to his department, as the Project Manager. Steph pitches an idea for a dog photo-shoot as a way to promote the new partnership. The team loves the idea, and decides to have Design create upcycled outfits made from pet food packaging for the dogs.
