The sheikh offers to take Vibhuti to Dubai. Vibhuti plans revenge with his pal Leone, an actress. Leone falsely accuses Manmohan of eve teasing. Happu, Anita, and Angoori find out about the incident and ask Vibhuti about it, but he pretends to be deaf. But Vibhuti reveals his plan when Angoori threatens to leave the neighbourhood.
