UNIGM Public Safety Division Vice Director Hoshimiya Gennai enters his facility in Heijoukyou, Nara to finally open the Gate to the other world. Hiiragi Yoshitsune and Dazaifu's Group of Ten surround the facility and commence their attack in order to put a stop to Gennai's scheme.
