Tracy has a weird dream where the Dumping Ground kids behaviour has changed, everybody is singing in this episode, in a style not dissimilar to Chicago. Cam, playing a more-than-passable 'Velma Kelly'-type character as head careworker, has bottled the kids souls and spark, turning them into docile, obedient drones that do housework all day.
