The Things Men Do

An overturned pickup truck is discovered by the side of the highway with a deceased 24-year-old man inside. The victim was not wearing his seatbelt, but the external trauma does not seem fatal. Dr. G expects to find serious internal injuries, but is surprised by the results of her autopsy. In the Texas desert north of the Mexican border, two men flag down a motorist and flee after leading him to the decaying body of a 20-year-old man. No suspicious items on are found on the body other than a bag of an illegal drug called dipyrone from Mexico. Other belongings found with the victim indicate that he was on a hiking trip in the desert. Dr. G must find out whether or not the man met with foul play.
