The 84th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

The 84th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was held on November 25, 2010, in New York City and shown to viewers live on NBC that same day from 9 a.m. to noon EST. The broadcast was hosted by Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieira, and Al Roker. The lineup featured 15 giant character balloons, 43 novelty/ornament balloons, balloonicles and balloonheads, 27 floats, 12 marching bands, 1,600 cheerleaders, dancers and performance group members, 800 clowns, a host of celebrity performers, and the one-and-only Santa Claus.
