Paul Martin travels to Newlyn in Cornwall, to celebrate its handmade tradition of metal working. Five talented amateur makers, including a ceramicist and an illusion knitter, go before the judges, with the chance to win an amazing prize.

In a bid to inspire Britons to take up a craft, presenter Paul Martin travels to St Ives in Cornwall to learn about the time-honoured traditions of studio pottery. Another five talented amateur designer-makers, including a stone carver and a toy maker, run the gauntlet as they hope to be named Judges' Favourite and win a fantastic opportunity.
The traditional craft of the master weaver
Paul Martin continues his quest to uncover our nation's craft traditions, and travels to Wales to meet master weaver Stuart Neil. Meanwhile, the judges have to decide which one of five talented amateurs, including a model maker and a furniture maker, is worthy of a potentially life-changing opportunity.
Judges' favourite
Taking his craft campaign into the city, presenter Paul Martin meets a team of master cutlers, led by Nicky Wright, at one of Sheffield's last remaining scissor factories. Meanwhile our judges must decide which one of five budding amateur craftspeople to award a coveted prize by naming them Judges' Favourite.
