Citizen Kane IS the BEST film of ALL TIME

Just a few weeks ago film critics came out and chose Vertigo as the greatest film of all time, leaping over perennial champion Citizen Kane. In this episode of Ain't it Cool with Harry Knowles, Harry gives his opinion on this decision. While loving and believing Vertigo is one of the greatest films of all time, Harry strongly believes Citizen Kane will always be the greatest film of all time.
