Reggie Yates continues on an extraordinary journey to put on a live musical event with six young people who all have Tourette Syndrome. Reggie has barely started before he is forced to realise the monumental task he has taken on when 15-year-old Jake arrives at rehearsals with his hand bandaged - his Tourettes that often makes him punch himself, has made him punch a wall instead. Meanwhile, Ruth starts ticcing even when she sings, and Emilly's nerves are so bad she cannot sing a complete song. With a public catastrophe looming, Reggie turns to Ed Sheeran, Eliza Doolittle, and Aloe Blacc for help.
