Cupcake Confidential

This episode introduces three cupcake entreprenuers at different stages in their career in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Orlando. Brandon, a former rocker that gave up music for cupcakes, pleases his hip bay-area clients but his unorthadox managing style puts him at odds with his employees. As she transitions from an online cupcakery to a fixed storefront, Erica dreams of becoming the next cupcake princess of Los Angeles, but realizes that, without the presence of celebrity clients, her grand opening may not be as grand as she hoped. Hollis, a well established cupcake artist in Orlando, FL, may have bitten off more than she can chew by areeing to take on two events on the same day at the same time.
