Kiyomizu-dera Temple: Embracing All Prayers

Kyoto is a city of countless temples and historical buildings. Kiyomizu-dera Temple sits halfway up a 240-meter hill on the eastern side of the city. The temple has been dedicated to a statue of an eleven-faced, thousand-armed Kannon. The thousand arms are said to be able to save all the people in the world.
