Meanwhile, ASP Leong has to go for a terrorist conference. He puts Dollah in charge of the station. ASP leaves Dollah with specific duties, mainly what not to do. Dollah takes the opportunity to run the station the way he wants to. He jumps on the opportunity to crack a kidnapping case that has been unsolved for fifteen years.
