First up the Fukuburger truck in Las Vegas, Nevada fuses Japanese flare and flavour with the all American Hamburger to produce culturally, culinary classics. We then fly over to the Soul Patrol truck in Honolulu, Hawaii for some southern fried chicken. Big Wheel Provisions in Orlando, Florida is next where they are serving gourmet delights for everyday folk such as beef heart skewers and devilled eggs with roasted peppers.
