Commissioner Giulia Corsi is assigned to the tenth Tuscolano of Rome. Ardenzi has won the competition to become commissioner. A bank robber escapes due to an unforeseen event on a bus, on which Commissioner Corsi happens to be traveling. A theft is reported and an officer's partner is suspected. Meanwhile, a man's body is discovered in a closed construction site. A recovered video reveals that Angela, Ardenzi's wife, was pushed and did not slip from the ledge.
