Federico discovers that Gabriele plans to kill Lucia Profeta and, with Vitale, tries to convince him to collaborate in framing her. Meanwhile, Alessia, in order to adopt Giuliano, asks her husband to pretend to be part of a united family, but the request deeply hurts Walter. After a lengthy investigation, Facchini is forced to confess his ties to Cafone and attempts to kill him to avoid scandal. Lucia Profeta reveals that the boss's new ally is Gerry Colella. Having discovered Cafone's escape plan, the team rushes to the airport to stop him before he leaves Naples.
