Young couple Nick and Katrina enlist Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer's help as they try to find a family home on Jersey. Nick is cautious about buying, but when the experts find an unusual property it is left to Katrina to convince her partner that the adventurous option is more worthwhile than the easy one
