Kirstie and Phil are in Liverpool, seeking out the best property for some very picky house hunters. Couple Catherine and Veronica are facing the daunting challenge of trying to bring their very different lifestyles together under one roof in the south of Liverpool. And Cath Callaghan loves her peace and quiet and longs to set up a therapy business from home. Just up the road, single student Kate Harland longs for her first ever home, alone - desperate to escape her noisy, messy, student flat for something a bit more grown up.
