Twenty eight year old Melissa has starved herself and now weighs just 60 pounds. Melissa has battled anorexia for years and limits her daily calorie intake to around 500 calories a day. She knows she is near death but she can’t find the strength to give it up. Her family and special guests are begging her to try to get better.
