It's a busy and bizarre day at Southwest Airlines when a woman treats the LAX terminal as her personal bedroom, changing her outfit in full sight of fellow passengers. Supervisor Yolanda meets country singer Randy Travis before running into a group of drunk and troublesome young women who were kicked off their flight.
