Series following the work of food inspectors. Presenter Simon Rimmer goes behind the scenes with UK Border Agency patrols at one of the world's busiest airports. They are charged with tracking down hundreds of tonnes of illegally imported meat smuggled into Britain each year via freight consignments. In Cornwall the Food Standards Agency orders a temporary ban on the harvesting of mussels after the discovery of algae which cause serious food poisoning.
