Tired of power struggle, the EMPEROR decides to pass his throne to LAN who, convinced by YAN, finally agrees to accept it. Reorganized, the BAT PALACE arouses disturbance everywhere. CHUN and the others plan to destroy it. Using LING, CHOR succeeds to cheat YUEN and easily destroys the palace. Fearing that YUEN will be killed in his duel with CHOR, LING kills YUEN and herself.
