Musician Mark Tanner and his wife Suzanne from New Heart Ministries International in Ottumwa, Iowa sit down with Dr. Debra Peppers on the “Outreach Connection” show. Mark Tanner is an accomplished musician and recording artist. Mark has had the great privilege to open twice in concert for Ireland's Robin Mark - Dove Award Winner and Best International Gospel Artist of 2004.
