"Veterans Victorious " program

Dr. Debra Peppers, host of the "Outreach Connection" show with friends from the "Veterans Victorious " program Rick Haynes and Gary Schluckebier. Reverend Dr. Gary E. Schluckebier Associate Director of Biblical Counseling would appear later in the next season of the Outreach Connection program titled "Addicts Victorious" program. Veterans Victorious is a program of Addicts Victorious International Ministries is an all inclusive outreach to those men and women from all ranks and branches of service - Air Force, Army, Marines, Navy, US Coast Guard and Merchant Marine. Rick and Gary explain they help to offer Hope and Healing to any veteran who may be battling Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
