Boyd Halford - founder Camp Victory

Evangelist Boyd Halford sits down with host Dr. Debra Peppers on the Outreach Connection program. God called him into the ministry of the Gospel at the age of 18, while still in high school. It was at this time that he acquired the name "The Timothy of The Ozarks". Boyd Halford founded Camp Victory in Northeast Missouri in the Fall of 1968. He is a musician, composer, and author. He has recorded several albums and for several years carried on a radio and TV ministry.
