Pastor and Author Thad H. Carter sits down with Debra Peppers on the Outreach Connection program to discuss his book "Download Faith not Fear" Released the previous year in 2007. Carter has also authored two other books starting in 2005 with the book "Rainfall at the Charleston Hotel" and later after this program aired he finalized and released "Peeking over the Edge".
