It follows a 19-year-old girl who feels entirely alone and suicidal. Her life changes when she meets three neighbor brothers, who were part of quadruplets but recently lost their youngest sister.

Nineteen-year-old Choi Yeo-reum feels isolated and abandoned following her parents' divorce. After discovering painful details regarding her family's past, she struggles with severe emotional distress and a sense of hopelessness. Her life takes a turn when she meets her next-door neighbors, the Na brothers. The brothers are navigating their own deep grief and recognize the signs of emotional struggle in Yeo-reum. Moved by empathy, they reach out to support her, offering a sense of community and kindness that begins to help her feel less alone in her struggles.

As the summer continues, the brothers become a steady presence in Yeo-reum's life, helping her move past her isolation. Through open and vulnerable conversations, the group begins to process their shared experiences of loss and feelings of being forgotten. This protective environment allows Yeo-reum to rediscover her self-worth, while her friendship provides the brothers a way to finally address their own lingering sadness. By supporting one another, they form a strong bond and find the resilience needed to heal. The story concludes on a hopeful note, showing the characters choosing to move forward toward a brighter and more connected future.
