After their kiss at the zoo, Guido realizes he has strong feelings for Maria, but she wants him to leave Carlotta first. Meanwhile, Carlotta seems increasingly attached to Marcello, and not just for work. Maria is tired of waiting for Guido and decides to go out and distract herself with Reby.
