Today you have to promise yourself something. No matter what is going on in your life, no matter how difficult things can be, promise to give 100% of your self every waking minute. It is really easy to just sit down for an afternoon and get nothing done, or spend too much time worrying and not doing anything about it. Make this promise to yourself!
