Lavish Leftovers

Giada's having guests over for lunch, but just because it's the weekend, it doesn't mean she wants to spend the whole day in the kitchen. She prepares some quick, homemade dishes that can satisfy all kinds of cravings including Italian Mixed Salad, Red Wine Vinaigrette, Frittata with Potato and Prosciutto, Cheese Tortellini in Light Broth and Parmesan Crisps.
