Documentary which follows 17-year-olds Lynsey and Tasha who are both desperate to have cosmetic surgery to boost their self-confidence. Too young to have surgery in the UK and unable to wait until they turn 18, the teens travel to America, parents in tow, to investigate the reality of going under the knife.
