On the morning of their second wedding anniversary, Stacey and Joe share how they met and fell in love. Raising five children aged between 1 and 16 is no mean feat, especially combined with ambitious passion projects like building a two-acre fishing lake. Joe quips that Pickle Cottage is a lot like his and Stacey's relationship, and that they're constantly working on it.
My Day One
The family return from holiday and come crashing back to reality with busy schedules. With Joe on the road and Stacey at home juggling work and family, there is a strained atmosphere coming to a head over some spilled baked beans. As the NTAs loom, Stacey takes a trip down memory lane, rummaging through her old X Factor memorabilia before hitting the red carpet with Zach as the rest of the family wait nervously at home.
Episode 3
She may have won an NTA, but there’s no time to relax for busy mum of five Stacey. First up is a spooky door design to form the centrepiece for her Halloween party. A research visit to a glamping expo gives Joe a reality check on the costs involved in building a fishing lake, and it becomes clear that his recently diagnosed ADHD might be the reason he’s struggling to juggle everything on his plate.
