Months after the events that lead up to Dante and Piers escaping from Nemesis and the Regenerators, an unsupecting town is about to have a new breed of Regenerators as Leon Kennedy, Sean Diaz, Samuel Jordan and Ellis - or El as he likes to be called are forced beneath the streets when a mutagenic bomb is unleashed on the population. Under ground deep in the subway, they find new horrors as the Regenerators aren't alone.
