A refuge filled with gunpowder, tall tales, and boudin; this duck camp is a welcomed outpost for hunters escaping the noise of everyday life. Over these next 6 episodes, we’ll see what it means to cook recipes from the “swamp floor pantry”, and explore Louisiana’s rich complicated history with the outdoors.
