Cocoa and Finley have agreed to plan a suprise birthday party for Bridget - only Finley keeps flip-flopping on the theme, decorations, and dessert. Cocoa becomes flustered in her attempt to create the perfect party. Soon, the horsepals are bickering, and somebody has to step up to moderate the argument!
