Dan and Daniel begin developing a one-bedroom flat in Hastings, but run into trouble when they learn the plaster work will cost £1,000 to repair. Then Dan is left to do all the manual labour when his partner returns home. Lyndsey and Paula set their sights on a disused church in rural Scotland, where they face a series of unexpected problems.
